The important announcement is this: for the first time in Italy (and maybe also in Europe) the disinformation about cannabis is been subjected to sanctions.

Thanks to our official petition directed to the Association of journalists and to the communications authority, two journalists of “TG3 Piemonte” (italian television program) are been subjected to sanctions after the realization and trasmission of a report titled “THC: the new drug”.

Dolce Vita obtains the first sanction for journalist about disinformation on cannabis. It’s a little big victory which represents a legal precedent: we hope that can be a warning for all those journalists that deal with cannabis in a lightly way or slandering our plant and our culture.
